Late Payments Consultation: 

The Government have committed to tackling late payments for small businesses and the self-employed by launching a public consultation to seek views on proposed legislative measures to ensure companies pay their suppliers quickly and on time. This consultation also consults on new powers for the Small Business Commissioner (SBC).
