Photography Business

A small photography business contacted the OSBC in relation to their unpaid invoices for photoshoots they created for a large retailer.

The photography business completed the photoshoots which were immediately used for marketing purposes by the large firm. The large retailer accepted the invoice and helped the complainant get set up as a supplier without issue.

Some months later the invoice had not been settled despite numerous emails, texts, and phone calls to contacts within the business.  After having no response from the large companies finance team, the small Photography company contacted the OSBC for assistance who were able to resolve the non-payment within one week of contacting the larger company.
