Scientific Consultancy

We received an enquiry from a small scientific consultancy requesting assistance for the retrieval of several unpaid invoices from a much larger company working in the energy sector.  Only limited email communications were received and promises to pay in early November but never materialised.  

The small business understood that there had been a recent restructuring of personnel within the larger company which had led to the usual channels of contact no longer being available.  When all communication had ceased the small businesses, unsure what to do next,  reached out to the OSBC for assistance.

We contacted the larger company and resolved the issue quickly ensuring the overdue invoices were paid.
