The OSBC was contacted by print and publishing studio Duplikat regarding their unpaid invoice for an order they provided for a football team.  Services had been provided to the larger company and despite having made contact regarding the late payment no further headway or communication was received leaving  Duplikat with an unpaid invoice for a further month.  The casework team were able to establish a contact within the larger company and reached out to the appropriate individuals who then responded swiftly with a date for payment.
