The Office of the Small Business Commissioner was integral to helping us clear historic non cleared invoices from a large company. While we wanted to maintain good relations with our client, non payment was straining our ability to work with them into the future. As a major client we did not want to lose them, our correspondence with them was not having the desired effect. Once the Office of Small Business Commissioner’s staff stepped in and wrote to them on our behalf, things were taken seriously. We are now on the path of resolution of our invoices and that too without having to go down legal action. I can’t thank them enough!
