Self-Declaration 2022
The 2022 Prompt Payment Code (PPC) self-declaration campaign launched on 12 October 2022. All signatories to the PPC must complete their self-declaration form and confirm they are still compliant with the terms of the Code.
Returns must be submitted to the PPC mailbox. The deadline for returns has now passed. However, if you have not submitted your return, please download the form from this page and send it to the PPC mailbox as soon as possible.
We will be contacting signatories who have not submitted their form to confirm they’re still compliant with the Code.

Returns deadline
The 2022 returns deadline was 9 November 2022. If you have not returned your self-declaration form, please download a copy of the form from this page and complete and return it by sending it to the PPC mailbox, as soon as possible.
We will be contacting signatories who have not submitted their form to confirm they’re still compliant with the Code.
If you are concerned that not all your payment practices are still compliant with the Code, please contact our team, who can assist in developing an action plan to help your organisation achieve compliance again.
Not completing the form or engaging with our communications could result in your organisation being suspended or removed from the PPC.
