FPC Action Plan

For businesses that do not qualify for the Fair Payment Code (FPC) Award levels they have applied for, they be offered the opportunity to be placed on an action plan setting out the requirements to meet the criteria for the Award level sought. Even where a lower level is awarded initially, action plans to achieve the higher Award level may remain in place and continue to progress after the Award is issued.

The FPC Team aims to provide all businesses on action plans with the support and guidance needed to help improve payment practices and reporting to meet the desired Award’s criteria.
