Statutory Review: 

As part of the Prompt Payment and Cash Flow Review, the Government has launched a consultation on the work of the Office of the Small Business Commissioner (OSBC). You are invited to give your views on OSBC’s performance and how we should operate in future.

The purpose of the review is to assess the OSBC’s performance and effectiveness in carrying out its statutory functions. It will look at the impact of our work on improving payment practices in commercial transactions, and at awareness and use of alternative dispute resolution procedures by small businesses.
