MSB Property Services Ltd Achieve Bronze Status on the Fair Payment Code
MSB Property Services Ltd applied for the Fair Payment Code because we wanted to demonstrate that fair and responsible payment practices are an important part of the way we operate our business.
Working predominantly within the social housing and property maintenance sector, we rely heavily on a network of suppliers, subcontractors and specialist trades. Many of these businesses are SMEs, and we recognise how important predictable cash flow is to them.
For us, fair payment is about more than simply meeting contractual obligations. It is about building trust, creating stronger working relationships and developing a supply chain that wants to continue working with MSB over the long term. Prompt payment also helps our suppliers invest in their workforce, vehicles, equipment and training, which ultimately supports better service for our clients and their residents.
Achieving Bronze status is something we are proud of. It provides external recognition of the progress we have made and gives us a benchmark against which we can continue to improve. We see Bronze status not as the end of the process, but as another step in strengthening our payment performance and our relationships with the businesses that support us.
